What Arigato is
Arigato is a gift registry. You add gifts from online shops, we build a page, and you share one link. We are not a shop. We do not sell anything, hold stock, take payment, or ship anything to anyone.
Buying happens somewhere else
Every gift links out to the shop that actually sells it. Your guests buy there, pay there, and deal with that shop for delivery, faults, returns and refunds. If a gift arrives broken or never arrives at all, that is between the buyer and the shop. We have no ability to help beyond pointing you at the order.
How we make money
Some shops pay us a commission when a customer arrives through one of our links. It costs your guests nothing extra and never changes the price they pay. It is the only revenue Arigato has. We do not sell your data and we do not run ads.
Prices and product details can be wrong
When you paste a link we read the title, photo and price from that page automatically. Shops change prices and pull products without telling us, so what you see on a registry may be out of date. Always treat the shop's own page as the truth.
What we ask of you
Do not use Arigato to collect money, to impersonate someone, to publish anything unlawful, or to try to break the service or reach other people's registries. We can remove a registry or close an account that does any of these.
Nothing is guaranteed to stay up
This is a free service and we give no warranty that it will be available or error free. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using Arigato. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Closing your account
You can stop using Arigato at any time. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your registries and personal details.
